Vuarnet is the sponsor and official supplier of the French Ski Team (FFS) and the Italian Federation of Winter Sports (FISI) for the next four years until the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014!

The brand Vuarnet has been appreciated for years for its technical content and the elegance of its style. It entered history in 1960 when Jean Vuarnet won the gold medal at the Olympics Squaw Valley, thanks to his competitive and innovative spirit. The Technical Director of the Italian ski team from 1968 to 1972 and the Vice-President of the FFS from 1972 to 1974, Jean Vuarnet has greatly influenced the history of these two major nations in the world of skiing.

We wanted these partnerships with these nations, because it is consistent and "natural"! The ski world, and moreover, the French and Italian Ski World, has in fact always been a part of the DNA of the brand Vuarnet, which turning its gaze towards the past and what made it famous, now faces the challenge of the future.

The Vuarnet skiwear was born of months of research and subjected to rigorous testing in the laboratory and on the tracks and were made in collaboration with excellent partners to offer a product which is technically avant-garde in detail and characterized by a sober and elegant style. Vuarnet has chosen to use materials from the latest generation of Gore-Tex, Polartec and Dermizax Toray. They will be worn by athletes and coaches from both federations.
